While she was in high school at Dorman she was tops in the Culinary program here at RDA. She represented RDA in the National Baking and Pastry contest where she placed 2nd in the US and was awarded a full scholarship to Johnson & Wales to further her education. Fast forward 14 years and she is back at her Alma Mater – using the knowledge and experiences she gained in industry - teaching our Culinary Arts and Baking/Pastry students! She has been at RDA for 5 years now.
