R. D. Anderson recently transformed the school conference room into a media center to help better serve our students. Teachers may bring their classes to the media center to work on projects using the new mobile laptop lab, read the new journals and magazines, or research colleges using information provided in the "College Corner." Two new flatscreen displays have also been added in opposite corners of the room so students can stay up-to-date on school information. New furniture was purchased so students could have comfortable seating. The chairs have a small side table on which to work. Magazine racks and bookshelves made by the carpentry students at R. D. A. were added to the room to display literature neatly. Posters with inspirational messages decorate each wall of the room. The media center has been a wonderful addition to the school. Students and teachers are taking full advantage of this new feature at R. D. Anderson and really seem to be enjoying it.
