Faculty/Staff Resources

R.D. Anderson's faculty draws from a sound industrial and educational experience base in preparation and delivery of course content. With 31 members, the faculty and staff represents over 300 years of industrial experience and 500 years of educational experience. All members of the instructional staff at R.D. Anderson are licensed in academics or a career and technology area.  Ninety percent have advanced degrees (masters degrees or higher) with the remainder having bachelors degrees and/or BS+18 licensure. R.D. Anderson is proud to have three ASE (Automotive Service Excellence Award) master technicians on staff.

Each RDA program and instructor is supported by an advisory committee made up of individuals from business and industry with expertise in a particular area. Typically, advisory committees consider topics such as suggested program revision, new program offerings, and equipment acquisitions. The committees are also involved with student recruitment, student placement, continuing education, financial and instructional support. R.D. Anderson instructors are encouraged to remain informed of current practices and procedures in their respective fields through college courses and personal contact with local business/industry in our area.
