Faculty Honors & Awards
Mark Mosley, Carpenty Instructor, was honored to be selected to the Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers for the years 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 school years.
Linda Padgett, Health Science Technology Instructor, has been honored many times during her teaching career. Her honors include: 2000 RDA Teacher of the Year, 2000 SCACTE/HSTE Teacher of the Year,and 2001 SCACTE/HSTE President, Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers for the years 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 school years. Recently, she received the SC Health Science Technology Educators Award for Outstanding Community Service.
Dr. Nicholas Perkins was recently presented the Counselor of The Year Award for 2006 at the South Carolina Career Guidance and Placement Conference in Charleston. Dr. Perkins was also elected as president of The SC Career Guidance and Placement Association for the 2006-2007 school year.
